We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes within India through trusted courier partners.
Delivery availability is subject to courier network coverage.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1- 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During sale periods, festive seasons, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be extended.

4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders as displayed on our website.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS.

- Customers can monitor shipment progress using the tracking link provided.
6. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning the shipment.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
The order may be returned to Karavi.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Karavi shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
8. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Political disruptions
- Courier network issues
- High order volumes
Such delays are outside Karavi's direct control.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with:
- Please photograph the package immediately.
- Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and supporting photographs.
We will investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.
10. Lost Shipments
If tracking indicates delivery but the order has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours.
Karavi will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the matter.
