Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Karavi, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are handled for purchases made through our website.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers may refer to the return eligibility section below where applicable.


2. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product received
  • Manufacturing defect identified upon delivery


To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
  • Proof of issue (photos/video) may be required for verification


Return requests submitted after the eligible period may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items


Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products showing signs of use
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Clearance or final-sale products (unless defective)



4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, Karavi will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method/store credit  within 5-10 business days, depending on banking timelines.


5. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Karavi may offer:

  • Product replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • Full refund



6. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging


This helps us investigate the issue with our shipping partners.



7. Order Refusal or Failed Delivery

If an order is refused without valid reason or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
